The Spanish version is the reference text. If the two differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Controller

The data controller is David Martin Planelles, tax ID (NIF) TBC, with address at Compositor Pedrell, 18, Olot (Girona) - ESPAÑA. Contact email: support@dawei.es.

2. Data we handle

• Your account number, plan and paid-until date.
• How many bytes your account uses each month and when it last connected.
• Your email, only if you add it or give it when you pay. We also use it to warn you about your data use, only if you turn those alerts on in your account.
• Your email, if you join the waitlist when we have no spots. We use it only to tell you once when a spot opens.
• Your IP address, only in technical web server logs, for up to 7 days.

We never keep which sites you visit or the content of your traffic.

3. Why, and on what basis

• To provide the service: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• Payments and invoicing: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
• Security and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
• The waitlist and data-use alerts: your consent (art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw it at any time.

4. How long we keep it

While your account is active. We delete its data 90 days after it expires. We keep invoicing data for as long as tax and commercial law require, up to 6 years.

Waitlist emails are deleted 30 days after we notify you, when you buy, or whenever you ask us to.

5. Who we share it with

Stripe, for payments, our email delivery provider, only to send these emails, and the hosting providers of our servers. We don’t sell data.

Stripe may process data in the US, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. The VPN servers are outside the EU and only handle traffic in transit and byte counters.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data. Write to support@dawei.es. If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

We only use the technical cookies needed to sign in to your account. They don’t need your consent (art. 22.2 LSSI). We use no analytics or advertising.

8. Children

The service is not meant for children under 14.
